Questions
Do you accept insurance?
We are out-of-network with all commercial insurers including Medicare/Medicaid. We provide superbills for potential reimbursement but do not bill insurance directly.
What are your session fees?
Initial psychiatric evaluations: $350 (60 min), follow-ups: $165 (30 min), therapy sessions: $150–$165 (50 min). Payment due at time of service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards for all services rendered at our Lakeway clinic location.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
Missed appointments without 24-hour notice incur full session fees. This waiver applies only twice annually for emergency situations.
Do you offer telehealth services?

What documentation services are available?
We provide FMLA paperwork ($100), specified letters ($25), and student enrollment documentation ($50) upon request.
