Our Services
We offer a wide range of counseling services, including individual counseling, family therapy, parenting counseling, and parenting support. Our experienced therapists are trained to work with individuals of all ages, from children to adults, dealing with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, bipolar disorder, anger management, substance abuse, family conflict, grief, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. We also provide specialized therapy services for children and teenagers, as well as teletherapy options for those who prefer online counseling.
Our Therapists
Our team of therapists is composed of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. Our therapists have received advanced education and training in their field and are passionate about helping individuals and families overcome their mental health challenges. Our team includes:
- Jason Cole, LCMHC, CAMS-II, who specializes in anxiety, depression, and substance abuse
- Linda Rueckert Kraft, LCSW, who has extensive experience in working with children and families
- Kristina Briggs-Clark, MSW, LCSW, who has a particular interest in working with teenagers and young adults
- Tichina Smith, LCMHC-A, who is licensed to practice in multiple states
- EmmaLee Monteiro, LCMHCA, who is an associate licensed mental health counselor
- Altina Morgan-Stewart, MSW, LCSWA, who has over 20 years of experience in the field of mental health

We have two convenient locations in Holly Springs and North Raleigh, North Carolina. Our Holly Springs location offers a comfortable and welcoming environment, with a second floor location near the elevator. Our North Raleigh location is conveniently located near the intersection of I-540 and US-1.
