Jewelry Repair Experiences
Positive Experiences
Several reviewers had positive experiences with American Jewelry. They praised the store's owner, George, for his honesty, professionalism, and kindness. Reviewers appreciated the quality of repairs, fair prices, and quick turnaround times. Some reviewers also received complimentary services, such as cleaning, which added to their positive experience.
Negative Experience
On the other hand, one reviewer had a poor experience with American Jewelry. They took their girlfriend's broken pearl necklace to be repaired and were unhappy with the result. The necklace was returned with a longer length than originally agreed upon, and the customer was blamed for the issue. Although the issue was eventually resolved, the customer was treated rudely and was told that the repair person would not work on the necklace again.
