Our History
Our journey started over 27 years ago, when the founders of Kaizen Dining Group (KDG) set out to create a restaurant that would serve the best Japanese cuisine without compromising on quality, presentation, and cleanliness. Today, we have grown to become one of the largest privately-owned restaurant companies in the United States, with 17 locations across Southern California, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas.
