Our Journey
Chef Pasquale's culinary journey began in his hometown of Torre del Greco, where he learned the art of cooking from his parents' kitchen. After high school, he moved to Tuscany to turn his passion into a career. As he honed his craft in various kitchens around the region, he met his wife, a Webster, New York-born beauty, in Florence, Italy. In 2003, he brought his talents to Rochester, where he has become a beloved fixture in the city's culinary scene.
