Payment and Cancellation Policy
We accept all forms of payment, except for personal checks for first-time customers. A $25 rescheduling fee applies if we are not contacted 48 hours prior to the appointment. If you are not home at the scheduled time, the groomer may wait if scheduled allows, but is not required to wait.
