Problems with Amenities
The apartments lack usable amenities. The pool is often closed for weeks at a time, and the parcel lockers don't always work. When issues arise, the maintenance team is slow to respond and usually gives attitude.
Furniture and Quality
The furniture provided is of poor quality. The carpet is thin, cheap, and frays easily. The appliances are prone to breaking, and the "fully furnished" apartments come with cheap leather couches that peel, metal dressers that rust, and bed frames that feel like they might collapse.
Service and Management
The management team is uncooperative and unhelpful. They charge for small services and add extra fees without much notice. The team is slow to respond to maintenance requests, and it can take over a week to get issues fixed.
Area and Community
The surrounding area has gone downhill, with multiple shootings and domestic calls in the last two years. The complex itself is also plagued by trash and litter.
Package Handling
The parcel lockers are often glitchy, and if you receive a package at the office, the staff will likely give you attitude.
Guest Parking and Towing
The complex has a terrible towing policy, taking cars away after only 15-20 days. Guests are not allowed to park for an extended period, and the management team will charge you for small services without notice.
