Our History

Parr Investments, Inc. was founded in 2001 by Chris Parr, a native of Greensboro, North Carolina. Chris started his journey in the construction industry with a thriving flooring business that focused on carpeting new apartment communities. His extensive knowledge of the construction process, combined with his experience in building custom homes, led him to take his business to the next level.

Chris discovered a perfect location off Ebert Road in Winston Salem and constructed his first apartment community, Bromley Park Apartments. As the general contractor of Parr Construction, Inc., Chris has been able to give a hands-on approach to the construction of his communities, growing Parr Investments, Inc. to a portfolio of 2,771 apartment homes.
