We specialize in commercial brokerage, asset management, site selection, and market analysis. Our primary focus is real estate located in the counties of Greenville and Spartanburg, with a special emphasis on the area around the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport. We have also worked on projects throughout the state, catering to the unique needs of our clients.
Our History
Our company was founded in September 1992 by Chuck Langston and David Black, who had previously worked as broker associates with Cothran, Sims, Barker, Inc. Their attention to detail and dedication to the community led to a strong presence in the area surrounding the city of Greer. In 1995, we relocated to larger offices on South Buncombe Road, and in 1998, we moved to downtown Greer, renovating a historic building to create a unique and welcoming workspace.
As our business grew, we continued to expand and adapt to the changing needs of our clients. In 2007, we moved to the Bennett Center office park and in 2011, we relocated to a larger office on Wade Hampton Boulevard. Our current location at 400 Memorial Drive Extension, Suite 100, Greer, provides us with the space and visibility we need to serve our clients effectively.
