In-Person and Telehealth Sessions

We offer in-person sessions at our two locations in Redlands and Riverside, as well as telehealth sessions that can be conducted remotely. Our telehealth sessions are confidential, easy to join, and accessible from anywhere within California.

We do not prescribe medication or provide advice on medication management. If you are seeking medication guidance, please consult with your primary physician or psychiatrist.
