Our journey began when Richard Riley, a seasoned IT professional, had a vision to change the way IT services were delivered. Dissatisfied with the poor level of customer support and lack of business ethics in the industry, Richard, along with Britt Stapleton, a Marine Corps veteran and engineer, decided to take a bold step and co-founded Creative IT in Mesa, Arizona.
