Poor Quality of Work
The following review highlights the poor quality of work done by the company. Mari Warren, who gave the company 1 star, had to visit the shop a total of 4 times due to their mistakes. They left a gap in her window, which caused a loud windy noise, and later, when she asked them to fix it, they tried to sell her a Benz manufactured window. Additionally, they left her door handle loose and not screwed in properly.
Inconsistent Service
Another reviewer, Charles Allensworth, gave 4 stars to the company. He praised the customer service by Veronica and Sebastian, but noted that they did not vacuum the floor and back seat before finishing the job. However, they did take care of vacuuming after it was requested.
