Our residents enjoy a wide range of amenities, including a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, landscaped gardens with seating areas, on-site laundry facilities, and a community room. We also offer convenient on-site parking, including a semi-enclosed parking garage, and plans are in the works to add electric car charging stations. Our 24-hour staffed front desk and welcoming lobby make you feel right at home. We also offer mailroom and package receipt services, on-site management and maintenance, and video security throughout the building.
Our Apartments
Our apartments are designed to provide ample space and storage, with abundant windows and a sizable balcony extending the feel of the space. We offer a variety of unit sizes, from studios to three-bedroom apartments, each one carefully designed to meet the needs of our residents. Heat, hot and cold water, and common area electric service are all included in the resident's HOA monthly fee.
Co-op Living
As a co-op, our residents own shares in the corporation and enjoy the pride of ownership, as well as tax-deductible advantages. The transfer of property ownership is analogous to owning property and is transferable through sale of your shares when you choose.
Convenient Location
We're located in the heart of downtown New Haven, within walking distance to Yale's campus, New Haven Medical Center, and many cultural and educational institutions. Our residents enjoy easy access to the city's transportation hubs, including Union Station and Tweed Airport, as well as the 3 major highways serving the region.

Community and Staff
The community at University Towers is praised for being friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff are described as attentive and kind. Additionally, the maintenance staff have been noted to be wonderful and consistent over the years.
Amenities and Location
University Towers is conveniently located close to the main drag, with a variety of food and entertainment options nearby. The complex is well-maintained, with a clean and user-friendly laundry room and a decently sized swimming pool. The 24-hour doorman is also seen as a big plus.
Apartments and Renovations
The apartments themselves are described as clean and well-lit, with some units having undergone major refurbishments, including new balcony railings, windows, and elevators.
Negatives
Some negative comments revolve around the management and building engineer, who have been described as unpleasant and incompetent, particularly in regards to sanitation during the COVID-19 pandemic. Another drawback mentioned is the lack of permission to have BBQs on the balcony due to new regulations.
