At Frew Management, LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality rental housing in the historic district of East Rock in New Haven, convenient to Downtown New Haven and Yale University on Yale Shuttle. Our buildings are architect/owner designed and restored, featuring hardwood floors and beautiful layouts.
Our Story
Our journey began 40 years ago when our founders, Bob and Susan Frew, embarked on a mission to restore historic buildings in the State Street area of New Haven. With a passion for design, function, and physical restoration, they worked tirelessly to create neighborhoods and good relations among neighbors. Today, we own and manage 100 apartments and five store/office fronts, and continue to seek ways to build the community and participate in creating the State Street Farmers Market.

We offer a range of services to cater to the needs of our tenants. Our maintenance team is dedicated to ensuring that our buildings are well-maintained and our tenants are happy. We have our own staff, including office, maintenance, and cleaning crews, to provide timely assistance when needed. We also offer relocation services to help new tenants settle in New Haven.
