Unsatisfactory Experience
Several guests had a disappointing stay at this cabin rental due to various reasons. Some felt that the price was outrageous for the services provided, while others were misinformed about the amenities and location.
Poor Service and Misinformation
Author Doug W. rated 1 star and expressed his disappointment with the misinformation provided by the proprietor. He was not told about the poor road conditions and limited parking space, which made it difficult for his truck and motorcycle trailer to access the cabin. As a result, he had to leave the cabin and stay at a hotel, incurring additional costs.
Disgusting Behavior
Author Jimmy Sehon also had a 1-star experience due to the proprietor's disgusting behavior. He was greeted by the proprietor using racial epithets and was subjected to a racist rant.
Other Issues
Some guests were not pleased with the road conditions leading to the cabin, with one guest mentioning that it was steep and required a lot of "pep to move up the hill." Another guest found the hot tub's lighting inadequate.
