Our Story
Our name, Meadowsweet, comes from Filipendula ulmaria, a perennial herb in the family Rosaceae that grows in damp meadows, known for its healing properties. We drew inspiration from this herb, which has been used for centuries in ceremonies that represent growth and change, to create a sanctuary where individuals can come to heal, relax, and rejuvenate. Our studio is conveniently located on the 100 block of S. Gay St. in Downtown Knoxville, Tennessee, with easy parking available on the Gay St. Viaduct Bridge.
