Russ Daniels, a licensed professional engineer since 1975, founded the company with his wife in 1987. The business started doing structural warranty inspections and later hired a second engineer. His son, Dave, joined the family business in 2005, and the company grew into Daniels Consulting Engineers in 2010. Today, we continue to grow and maintain our reputation as one of the most trusted companies in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, and Maryland for residential structural design and real estate, insurance, and legal services.
