InLand Design is a renowned firm specializing in engineering, land surveying, and land development consulting. Our company was founded in 2009 by Charles A. Dobson, Todd A. Harmon, and the late Roman W. Dychdala, with the goal of navigating the complex and ever-evolving world of land development regulations.

InLand Design's team is led by Charles A. Dobson, who serves as our President, and Todd A. Harmon, who acts as our Vice President. In Memory of Roman W. Dychdala

Roman W. Dychdala was a founding member of InLand Design and played a crucial role in shaping our company's vision and values. As a highly accomplished and skilled engineer and surveyor, Roman brought nearly 30 years of design and review experience to our team. He was known for his practical, no-nonsense approach to engineering, as well as his in-depth knowledge of Pennsylvania zoning and subdivision practices.

Roman was not only an invaluable member of our team but also a dear friend and colleague. His passing in 2018 was a tremendous loss for all of us at InLand Design, and he is still deeply missed in our day-to-day operations. Despite his absence, Roman's legacy continues to inspire and guide us as we strive to provide the highest level of service and expertise to our clients.
