How it Works

Once you've booked a participating vacation home with us, VayKGear will send you an email with a link to view the available beach gear you can rent. Select the items you want, and they will deliver your gear directly to your rental home and pick it up on the day you depart. No need to pack any gear - save room in your car! Kristy Mitchell also mentioned that the condo was beautifully clean and well-stocked. However, Brittany Peters and Kevin Shahinian had negative experiences with the condition and functionality of their units. Brittany's TV did not work and was not fixed until the next day, while Kevin's unit had issues with the locks and the manager was rude when dealing with the problem.

Confusion and Misleading Information

Brooke Paulsson had a frustrating experience due to incorrect information provided by the company. She mentioned that the address given was not correct and that everything was a little misleading.

Payment and Fees

Brittany Peters was charged an extra $100 cleaning fee, even though she felt it was unfair and that the company was trying to scam her. Kevin Shahinian was also upset about being charged a $50 fee for the manager's time to open the unit door.
