Our History

Moda Midstream has a rich history that dates back to 2015 when the company was first incorporated by founding partners with the mission to be leading independent logistics provider. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our services to become one of the leading independent terminaling and logistics providers in the market. We have worked with a number of partners, including EnCap Flatrock Midstream, to develop and manage critical midstream infrastructure and logistics solutions.
