Problems with Property Management
AIM Properties has been accused of incompetence, dishonesty, and poor communication. Two reviewers, Sam Schaff and Michael Nathanson, shared their negative experiences with the company.
Issue with Communication
Sam Schaff complains that AIM Properties failed to notify him that they would no longer be his property management. He only found out when he contacted the owners directly. Marie at AIM Properties allegedly lied to him, telling him to pay June's rent to AIM, despite the owners having terminated their agreement with the company.
Poor Management
Michael Nathanson's experience was also marred by poor management. He hired AIM to manage his duplex, but they failed to rent the properties, leading to repeated break-ins. The company overcharged him for services, and he was forced to handle most of the repairs himself.
