Maintenance and Repairs
The maintenance team, particularly Josh and Jamal, received praise for their prompt and courteous service. They were able to fix issues quickly and efficiently, and were knowledgeable about the problems they were fixing.
Staff and Office
The leasing office staff, including Hayley, Haley, and Jessica, were commended for their professionalism, knowledge, and helpfulness. They made the apartment searching process smooth and enjoyable for many residents.
Apartment Condition and Amenities
Some residents were happy with the cleanliness and condition of their apartments, as well as the amenities such as the pool and workout room. However, others experienced issues with mold, water damage, and broken appliances.
Neighborhood and Safety
There were concerns about safety, with reports of car break-ins and dirty needles and pipes on the premises. Additionally, some residents felt that the gated community did not feel secure.
