Founded by H. Ronald Child in 1979, our company has grown from humble beginnings in Chowchilla, California, to become a leading freight carrier in the Pacific Northwest. Our relocation to Vancouver, Washington, in 1990, has enabled us to provide seamless services to our clients in the region. Unpleasant Experiences at the Truck Stop
The reviews paint a picture of a truck stop with a mixed reputation. Some drivers have reported unpleasant experiences, while another reviewer had a positive encounter.
Rude and Unprofessional Behavior
The first reviewer, Gabrielle Storey, gave the truck stop a 1-star rating and relayed an encounter where a driver rudely told her and her husband they couldn't walk in the area because it was "in the way" and difficult to backup a trailer. The driver didn't even have a trailer attached, and the reviewer's husband is a CDL driver who knows how to handle such situations. The reviewer felt "not cool" and urged the driver to be kinder.
Unprofessional Drivers
Jeff Guglielmetti, another reviewer who also gave the truck stop a 1-star rating, reported a disturbing experience. He witnessed a driver from the truck stop blocking the street unnecessarily in Seattle. As a professional driver himself, Guglielmetti was appalled by the behavior. He warned others to avoid doing business with the company due to the unprofessional drivers.

In stark contrast, Rod Kolmodin, who gave the truck stop a 5-star rating, had a positive experience with Shane, who helped him load freight. Kolmodin noted that the people at the truck stop are "cool."
