Our Guarantees

We guarantee our performance, and if we don't meet your expectations, we'll pay a financial price. Our performance guarantees include:

Better Tenant Guarantee: If a tenant breaks their lease in their first rental term, we'll secure the next tenant at no cost to you.
Payment Guarantee: If a tenant doesn't pay their rent on time, you won't pay us our monthly management fee.
Fee Guarantee: If you find a lower fee in writing to manage your property, we'll match it, as long as the other firm doesn't charge additional fees.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not happy with our service, you can cancel our contract at any time with a 30-day notice.
Happiness Guarantee: If you were self-managing your property and are not happy with our service, we'll give your property back to you and refund 50% of your monthly management fees.
Rental Guarantee: If we don't secure a qualified tenant within 21 days of your unit being rent-ready, we'll waive our first month's management fee.
