Poor Management and Unprofessional Behavior
Many reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with the warehouse's management and behavior of certain employees. Grim and Laker Mamba specifically mention that managers Jonathan, Raul, and Ramon are dishonest and encourage employees to behave unprofessionally. Derek Wassenaar Mistral Velvet adds that bosses are hypercritical and willing to break OSHA standards. Additionally, Joe L. notes that employees were friendly and helpful, but the facility's layout and dock area are poorly designed.
Location and Logistics
Reviewers have mentioned issues with the warehouse's location and logistics. Heart Dingding notes that the warehouse did not move, and Raja Ghotra mentions that the front docks can be tight and difficult to navigate. Ieightyfour Trucking advises drivers to ensure they have the correct pickup number from Dispatch/Broker, as there are two locations.
Restroom and Waiting Area
Raja Ghotra praises the warehouse's fast IN and OUT processing and notes that drivers have access to a proper restroom. Jess Mor, on the other hand, does not mention any amenities.
Security
