Our Story
Our story began with three generations of homebuilding in our family. In 2003, Matt Seppala and his nephew Kevin Seppala collaborated on a 110-lot subdivision project, which led to the formation of Hiddenview Development LLC. As the company grew, the family realized the importance of flexibility and customization in homebuilding. This led to the formation of Manor Homes, a company that prioritizes affordability, quality, and flexibility in every home we build.
