Our History
Pacific Mountain Logistics was incorporated in 2009 with a mission to revolutionize the 3PL industry. In 2010, we acquired the assets of Crocker Global Logistics, Inc., increasing our ability to provide a wider range of services to our customers. Today, we operate multiple facilities across the United States, with a team of experienced professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
Meet Our Team
Our leadership team is comprised of experienced professionals with a deep understanding of the logistics industry. Our CEO, B.J. Patterson, is a Professional Logistics Executive and Navy Veteran, with 25 years of experience in the field. Our President, Donna Patterson, brings a diverse background of accounting and sales experience to the table.
Poor Customer Service and Unreliable Delivery
Rude Staff
Several customers have complained about the rude behavior of the staff, particularly the Spanish lady who is responsible for checking in drivers. According to Parmjeet Singh and Runnel N., this lady is very angry and unprofessional, creating a hostile environment for customers. Victor An also mentions that she is very rude, implying that she dislikes her job.
Unreliable Delivery
The reviews also highlight issues with the delivery service. Parmjeet Singh was not picked up even after his appointment time, while Mart R. mentions that the customer service team is slow. Runnel N. specifically states that the shipping clerk tells customers to leave and come back at the appointment time, indicating a lack of flexibility with the delivery schedule.
