Family Health Center: Our Family Health Center provides comprehensive primary care services to individuals of all ages, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and medical treatment for acute and chronic illnesses.
HIV Prevention and Treatment: Our team is dedicated to preventing and treating HIV, as well as providing education and support to individuals living with HIV.
Hepatitis C Prevention, Detection, and Treatment: We offer comprehensive services for the prevention, detection, and treatment of Hepatitis C, including education, testing, and medication management.
Behavioral Health: Our behavioral health services include individual and group therapy, counseling, and support for mental health and substance abuse issues.
Patient Support: We understand that navigating the healthcare system can be overwhelming. That's why we offer patient support services, including patient navigation, health coaching, and patient education.
Mobile Medical Services: Our mobile medical team brings healthcare services to underserved communities, providing access to healthcare services in rural and remote areas.
Patient Portal: Our patient portal allows patients to access their medical records, schedule appointments, and communicate with our healthcare team.

Staff and Service
