Reviews
Positive: The practice has some excellent therapists and a friendly office staff.
Negative: The practice has significant communication issues and discrepancies in therapist credentials.

Communication Issues

Reviews highlight significant communication issues with Honolulu Psych Collective. Two reviewers, Rcf and Christian Stettler, reported difficulties in getting in touch with the practice. They claimed that phone calls, voicemails, and online inquiries went unanswered, with no response to messages or attempts to make contact.

Discrepancies in Therapist Credentials

Christian Stettler expressed frustration when they were interested in a psychologist, but were instead contacted by a therapist with an MSW degree, not a psychologist. This discrepancy raises concerns about the practice's attention to clients' specific needs and requests.

Praise for Individual Therapists

On a positive note, Malia Souza-Wright had a highly positive experience with Dr. Coffee, Tepa Yarbrough, and Dr. Walter, describing them as "fabulous therapists." The office staff and even Dr. Coffee's mother, who works part-time, were also praised for their friendly and welcoming demeanor.
