Our Story
Founded by Carl Williams and Michelle Olander, our company has been serving the Seattle area for decades. Carl, a Master of Arts graduate in Interior Design from Washington State University, brings over 40 years of design experience to the table. Michelle, a Bachelor of Arts graduate in Interior Design from Western Washington University, has over 25 years of design experience. Together, they share a passion for creating spaces that are both functional and visually striking.

Unprepared and Disappointing Experience
The reviewer, Ekaterina Krylova, had a disappointing experience with Michelle Olander, an interior designer from this company. Ekaterina and her husband hired Michelle to help them organize their living space with furniture. Before their first meeting, they exchanged a few emails, sharing pictures of their house and furniture.
Poor Preparation and Lack of Attention to Detail
During the initial meeting on site, Michelle was unprepared and seemed surprised by the size of the room. She even forgot about the furniture they were moving with and asked about its dimensions, despite Ekaterina having already provided this information in their email exchanges. Ekaterina had to repeatedly explain her ideas for each room, but Michelle's suggestions did not take these ideas into account.
Disappointing Experience
Ekaterina was expecting better preparation and more precise suggestions from Michelle, especially considering Michelle was billing them for looking at pictures of their house before the first meeting. As a result, Ekaterina and her husband decided not to continue with Michelle's services.
