Poor Maintenance and Management
Many residents have reported issues with the maintenance and management of the apartment complex. John Harris, who gave the complex a 1-star rating, noted that the grass area near and around individual apartments is not well-maintained and that cops were called twice for a fight and a broken-in car. He also mentioned that the apartment walls and windows are thin, making it easy to hear everything outside, and that outdated appliances and lack of upgrades/updated appliances are a major concern.
Darwins Link, who also gave the complex a 1-star rating, had a terrible experience with pests, including bed bugs, and poor maintenance. He reported that the head maintenance guy dumped trash from his yard and did not respond to safety hazards. He also had issues with the office staff, including a representative who lied to him about who was responsible for paying for an exterminator.
Parking Issues
Bobby Nuckolls gave the complex a 4-star rating, but mentioned that parking was a major issue. He noted that some neighbors have more vehicles than people living in their lease and that parking is a problem.
Old Building with Few Amenities
Respect Issues
John Harris mentioned that neighbors and their kids/teens do not respect other people's apartments, and that it has become a safety concern.
Lack of Upgrades
Both John Harris and Darwins Link mentioned that the rent keeps going up, but there are no upgrades or updated appliances to justify the increase.
