Our founder, Lindsey, has a deep passion for helping others and a wealth of knowledge about the human body. Growing up, she was fascinated by the intricacies of our bodies and how they function. This fascination led her to pursue a career in nursing, but after completing her massage therapy training at Wake Technical Community College, she realized her true calling was in the field of massage therapy.

Lindsey is a certified NC Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist and has over 15 years of experience in the industry. Her journey began at The Spa by Mitchell's at Triangle Town Center, where she spent five years honing her skills and gaining valuable experience. She then pursued her dream of becoming a nurse, working as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Rex Hospital for seven years. Although she completed all but two classes of nursing school, God had other plans for her life. She returned to her first love, massage therapy, and has been dedicated to helping others ever since.

In 2014, Lindsey took over a massage business from a fellow therapist who left a lasting legacy with her clients. She has continued to care for these clients and has grown her business through hard work and dedication. Over the years, she has come to realize that she is the nurse she always wanted to be, just on the preventative side of medicine instead of the reactive side.

Lindsey is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association and is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and research in the field of massage therapy. She believes that God created our bodies to work together in their healing with mind, body, and spirit, and she uses this belief to guide her practice.
