Our journey began in 1997 when we decided to bring a taste of Positano, Italy to Florida. Our family-owned restaurant is built on the principles of using only the freshest ingredients, cooking from scratch, and serving each dish with passion and perfection. Our head chef and owner, Pasquale Barba, was born and raised in Positano and has honed his culinary skills across Europe. With the help of his brother and cousins, Chef Pasquale has been serving local and foreign patrons with home-cooked rustic Italian dishes since our opening.
