TelComm Credit Union's beginnings date back to 1940 when a group of dedicated Southwestern Bell employees recognized the need for a financial institution specifically designed to serve their fellow colleagues. Founded as Springfield Telephone Employees Credit Union, we embraced the credit union philosophy of "people helping people" and have remained true to that mission ever since.
