Poor Experience with Payment and Customer Service
Infinity's customer service and payment process have been criticized by several reviewers. Landline Carriers and Igor P. both had negative experiences with the company. Landline Carriers reported that Infinity failed to pay layover charges on a shipment due to incorrect information provided by their customs broker. The reviewer also claimed that the company was unhelpful in resolving the issue, with Joe Hill and his team providing uncooperative responses.
Igor P. had a similar issue with payment, stating that he delivered a shipment 44 days ago but had not received payment. He accused the company's accounting department of playing "cat and mouse" and threatened to file a claim against their surety bond to demand payment.
