At the Colorado Center for Assessment & Counseling, we pride ourselves on providing knowledgeable, strengths-based assessment and counseling services for children and adults. Founded in 2014 by Dr. Jeremy Sharp, our clinic has grown to meet the mental health needs of our community, offering a range of services designed to help our clients thrive.

Our core focus is on bringing amazing people together to provide strengths-based, research-informed assessment and training that truly helps our community thrive. We believe that every life we touch in our practice has a positive ripple effect on the rest of our community.
Our History
After running a solo practice in Fort Collins since 2009, Dr. Sharp decided to expand the practice to meet northern Colorado's growing need for psychological assessment and counseling. In 2024, we made the difficult decision to stop accepting new counseling clients so that we can double back down on our original specialty: comprehensive, strengths-based psychological and neuropsychological testing for children, teens, adults, and older adults.
Our Team
We have a great team here! Our team continues to grow, and we've been very fortunate to continue meeting the community's needs by adding excellent staff who are not only great at their jobs, but wonderful people to be around! We've even formed a partnership with a local pediatric provider, allowing us to see clients through Thompson River Pediatrics.

We offer targeted workshops for adults with ADHD and parents who want a little extra support with their challenging kids. Our workshops are designed to provide additional support and guidance to help our clients overcome their challenges and achieve their goals.

We believe in providing strengths-based assessment to clients of all ages and backgrounds across Colorado. Our team has highly specialized training in a range of psychological assessments, including ADHD, dyslexia, autism, and Asperger's testing.
