Our team is made up of experienced recruiters who are dedicated to helping you achieve your career goals.

Sara Pacheco, Associate Vice President and Finance / Human Resources Manager, is a first-generation college graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Accounting. She enjoys long days at the beach, traveling, watching movies and football, and spending time with her husband, kids, family, and friends.
Marilyn Portillo, Senior Staffing Consultant, is a first-generation college graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences. She has worked in various roles in the healthcare and bio-tech worlds and is excited to be a part of the Monument team.
Eric Gorewitz, Owner and Thinker About Everything, grew up on a pickle farm and always dreamed of owning a staffing firm in Boston. He enjoys watching reruns of the Goldbergs and dreams of returning to his pickle roots.
Erica "Ricky" Maderia, Senior Staffing Consultant and Training Specialist, joined our team as a Recruiting Specialist in February 2021. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in Sports Management and loves to travel and attend live sporting events.
Michelle Nichols, Senior Staffing Consultant, is a graduate of Endicott College with a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management. She has worked in many roles within the hospitality industry and is eager to join the recruiting world.
Caity Ryan, Senior Staffing Consultant and Training Specialist, is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in Economics. She loves eating Italian food and drinking wine in the North end, going on long (slow) runs, and reading mystery/crime fiction.
Hannah Ryan, Co-Partner, Founder and Business Development Manager, helped open Monument Staffing's doors in September 2002 as one of the founding members. She runs a full-desk and is dedicated to helping job seekers find their dream jobs.
