Our Story
CARMAhealth ("CARMA" stands for Collaborative Addiction Recovery Management and Assistance) emerged in Austin, Texas in 2017, driven by the founder's firsthand observation of the lack of accessible and coordinated care for addiction and associated medical issues. The vision was to create a medical home where individuals battling substance use disorders and other behavioral health challenges could receive comprehensive, compassionate care.
