Landscaping and Maintenance Issues
Some residents have expressed frustration with Ovation Property Management's handling of landscaping and maintenance issues. Author Elisa Shupe claims that Valley Green, the company hired by Ovation, caused over $1,000 worth of damage to her vehicles and failed to respond to her concerns. She also criticizes the company for allowing Valley Green to enter the property with expired license plates, which she sees as a violation of the lease.
Positive Customer Service
On the other hand, some residents have had positive experiences with Ovation's customer service. Author Diana Norfleet praises Jose, the regional maintenance manager, for his prompt and professional handling of an issue with her air conditioning.
