Poor Rental Experience
The majority of reviews for Bailey Property Management are negative, describing a poor rental experience with numerous issues. Two reviewers, Tessa M. and Meagan Northcutt, had severe problems with their rentals, including issues with refrigerators, flooding, and unresponsive management. Tessa experienced a flooded apartment and was told she could break her lease, while Meagan's application was denied without notification, and she was subjected to blatant disrespect from the company.
Unprofessional Behavior
Several reviewers have reported unprofessional behavior from the management team. Dick Mobly visited an apartment to see an old friend and noticed signs of bed bug infestation. Meagan also reported overhearing racial slurs while placing her application. Kateleen Bowman was mistreated during the application process, with her application being switched multiple times before finally being denied.

On the other hand, four reviewers described a positive experience with Bailey Property Management.
