Abacus Property Management was founded in 1996 by Mr. Timothy J. Cannon, a certified Residential Specialist and a graduate of the Realtor Institute. With a background in real estate and property management, Tim brings a unique blend of business acumen and people skills to the table. Under his leadership, our company has grown to manage over 100 individual units, including single-family homes, apartments, and commercial buildings.

Mixed Reviews

Unresponsive and Unhelpful
Nick Vogel gave Abacus 3 stars, stating that they were initially helpful but began to respond slower over time. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit and Vogel's income changed, they asked Abacus for a temporary rent decrease, but were met with a "hard no". Vogel suspects that Abacus may have wanted them to leave and is unsure about renting from them again.
Poor Customer Service
Martin Reed gave Abacus 1 star and had a bad experience with Timothy, who was rude and unhelpful. Reed was told that certain materials were okay to leave in the garage, but they were later thrown out without notice. When Reed confronted Timothy, he was mockingly told that it wasn't his problem.
Positive Experience
Scott Fitsimones gave Abacus 5 stars and had a positive experience with Christine and the Abacus team. They were responsive, professional, and helped him rent a great property with ease.
