Our Leadership

*David Schoonmaker, Co-Founder:* David co-founded D+R Lathian in 1999 and has led its tremendous growth since inception. Prior to D+R Lathian, he was a Business Development Director at Harte-Hanks and a Professional Services Manager at McNeil Consumer Healthcare, a J&J company. David holds a BA in Marketing and Communications from the University of Connecticut.*Reide Rosen, Co-Founder:* Reide co-founded D+R Lathian in 1999 and has led its tremendous growth since inception. Prior to D+R Lathian, he was a Business Development Director at Harte-Hanks and also held various marketing and sales roles at Oclassen Pharmaceuticals and Dermik Laboratories. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.*Jennifer Nuzzo, VP Operations:* Since the company's inception in 1999, Jennifer's main responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations and financial management of the company.
