Therapy Sessions and Billing Issues
The reviewers have expressed frustration and disappointment with their experiences at this mental health practice. One reviewer, Kalen, felt that their 15-minute first-time appointment was not satisfactory and was surprised to be asked if they wanted to continue seeing the therapist, Laurie Herring. The session was abruptly ended, and Kalen was later asked to pay $75 for the short session.
Unprofessionalism and Lack of Communication
Another reviewer, Grace V., had a negative experience with Tammy Hardy, who left the practice without notice. When transferred to a new therapist, Yi, Grace felt shamed and judged for discussing their new partner. The practice's use of a shared texting line was also a concern, as Grace assumed it was a personal number.
A Positive Experience
On the other hand, Sadie Lemons had a very positive experience with their therapist, Sarah, and would highly recommend the practice.
