Our team is led by Kevin McCathren, CPM, President of McCathren Management & Real Estate Services. With over 35 years of combined property management, commercial real estate, and construction expertise, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our company. Our team also includes Stephanie Lyons, Vice President of McCathren Management & Real Estate Services, who oversees a portfolio of multi-family properties and condominium associations. Keith McCathren, Property Manager, oversees a portfolio of multi-family properties and commercial buildings. Melody Justice, Office Manager/Lead Accountant, oversees all accounting functions, including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and financial statements.
