• Randy Berg, President & Managing Director: Randy has over 35 years of experience as a certified residential real estate appraiser in Spokane County. He has served as President of the Inland Empire Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and has been qualified as an expert witness in both Federal and State Courts.
• Jae Brady, Chief Appraiser: Jae has been with Berg Appraisal Services, P.C. since 1991 and has over 25 years of experience as a certified residential real estate appraiser. She is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and has extensive experience appraising complex residential properties.
• Nick Connor, Appraiser: Nick has over 10 years of experience as a certified residential real estate appraiser and has extensive knowledge of the local market.
