One reviewer, Natecia James, had a negative experience with Jacinda Andrews, citing unprofessional behavior, an argumentative tone, and a lack of problem-solving. Similarly, Wally Reichardt was unhappy with Elizabeth Land, who failed to return calls or respond to messages.

Therapeutic Approach and Bedside Manner
Renae Abraham had a mixed experience with Dr. Jill Bennett. While she appreciated the therapist's skills, she felt rushed and like just another client on a list. The therapist's reaction to a misunderstanding about a virtual session also triggered a panic attack in Renae Abraham.
