Unprofessional Experience
The reviewers had a very poor experience with the weight loss program, particularly with the Winter Park, Florida location. They were left waiting for a counseling session for 30 minutes with no one attending to them, despite there being several employees at the front desk.
Lack of Knowledge and Unqualified Staff
The staff members were unable to answer basic questions, leading the reviewers to question their qualifications. They were skeptical about the "Dr-supervised" claim, suspecting that they might not be MDs, but nurse practitioners at best.
Poor Customer Service and Unresponsiveness
The reviewers were unhappy with the customer service, citing instances of unreturned calls and unfulfilled promises of callbacks from corporate.
Starvation Diet and Lack of Support
