According to the reviews, Cindy Eades, who manages Seaside Property, has been accused of violating California tenant-protective civil rights laws and has received numerous complaints from tenants regarding her unprofessional and incompetent behavior. Two reviewers, Evan Schwartz and Christopher Lee, have shared their negative experiences with Cindy's management.

Poor Communication and Lack of Accountability

Both reviewers have highlighted significant issues with Cindy's communication and accountability. Evan states that Cindy is a "willful violator of California tenant-protective civil rights laws" and implies that she ignores important notifications and responsibilities. Christopher Lee provides detailed evidence of Cindy's lack of communication and effort, including delayed responses to emails and texts, failure to deliver keys to an amenity, and failure to notify tenants of new parking regulations. This led to one of his cars being towed, which they had to pay $300 to recover.
