Poor Management and Unprofessional Employees
The reviews from Phillip Middleton, Courtney Glore, Dwayne Lacey, and Angel Hope all share a common theme of dissatisfaction with the management and employees of the company. The authors of the reviews express frustration with the lack of accountability, favoritism, and incompetence among the staff.
Phillip Middleton cites poor management and unprofessional employees at the Louisville facility, stating that personnel arrive to work at their convenience and don't even bother to wear personal protective equipment. He is shocked that the company pays road and rail services despite the poor performance.
Courtney Glore's review of the St. Genevieve, Missouri facility is equally scathing. She accuses employees of gossiping, spreading rumors, and scheming to deprive coworkers of wages. She suggests that the company is failing and needs better management to avoid being shut down.
Dwayne Lacey's review of the operation loaders position is mixed, but overall negative. While the facility was occasionally pleasant to work at, he says it was often marred by favoritism in workload assignments, nonsensical safety rules, and a site manager who is overly critical. He also expresses frustration with the company's lack of timely feedback and incentives for employees.
Angel Hope's review is focused on a specific issue with a work van sold through Insurance Auctions. She accuses the company of scamming out-of-state buyers by failing to disclose the van's condition, including top-end engine noise and rust damage.
