Disappointing Experience with Martens Appraisal Division

Terrible Valuation and Comps
The reviewer recounts their experience with the company, starting with a previous appraisal of a commercial property on East Kellogg in 2015. The appraisal and comps were deemed "terrible." Fast-forward to 2020, when the bank selected the company to appraise a new commercial property on East Kellogg, with smaller commercial parcels and direct access to Kellogg and Kellogg frontage. The valuation was an astonishing $1.25 per square foot, which is considered extremely low.
Unrealistic Expectations
